2014 Performers

Our 2014 festival featured:

The Lightfighters

Creating an exciting visceral experience with a distinct sound, The Lightfighters, pay homage to their rock and roll predecessors with hard charging raw energy and unwavering lyrical purity. Combining elements of soul, blues, rock and roll, alternative, and psychedelic genres have given the band an approach to original compositions outside of conventional boundaries.  The essence of the band lies in a deep respect for the fundamentals-a feel that reminiscent of swinging juke joints, warm guitar fuzz, and old school analog.

They have been compared to the Dropkick Murphys, Flogging Molly, Alestorm, AC/DC, and the The Real McKenzies. But you must come out and here their amazing and unique sound yourself! You will be rocking along in no-time with Calico on Bass, Cloud on Vocals, Ducky on Violin, Paul DeRego on Electric Guitar, Omar Barba on Mandolin, and Leila McCabe on Vocals. This rag tag group of rebels has been on the run from the Royal Navy since 1676.
